Birth Support For Non-birthing Parents

The mission of the Dad Doula program is to provide resources, and guidance for the non-birthing parent as they plan to support the birthing person during the pregnancy, labor, and delivery and thereafter. This is done by learning how to advocate and support with intentional presence. This service is extended to expecting parents, new again parents, and parents looking to re-enter their children’s lives.

The Dad Doula program helps you find community by creating a space where Black and Brown fathers/NB Partners can connect, share, and grow together through fatherhood. It brings dads into a supportive circle where they can talk openly about parenting, mental health, relationships, and identity—without judgment.

The Dad Doula program helps you build a healthy family by first making sure you feel supported, seen, and emotionally grounded. When fathers/NB partners have space to heal, learn, and grow, they show up with more patience, love, and clarity at home.

It offers tools for better communication, co-parenting, and emotional presence—helping to create a strong foundation where children can thrive and partners can feel like a team. Healthy parents lead to healthier families.

Continuous Learner

The Dad Doula program supports continuous learning by creating a space where parenthood is seen as a journey, not a destination. Through regular circles, workshops, and shared experiences, dads are encouraged to keep growing—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

It introduces new tools, fresh perspectives, and lived wisdom from other parents, helping each participant reflect, unlearn, and re-learn in real time. It’s not about being a perfect parent—it’s about being an evolving one
